- 2 slices sourdough or country-style bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado, halved and sliced or lightly mashed
- 2 to 4 teaspoons Azabu Umami Everything - Original Umami Sauce, divided
Optional Toppings (pick 2 to 4 based on preference):
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons goat cheese or feta crumbles
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved for each toast
- 4 to 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 radishes, thinly shaved
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced scallions
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest or yuzu zest
Toast both bread slices until golden and crisp.Slice or mash half an avocado onto each toast.Spoon 1 to 2 teaspoons of Umami Everything - Original Umami Sauce over each slice.Add your chosen toppings to layer flavor and texture.Serve while warm.
