It's a flavor i've never had before so i think it's really unique!! I just tried it again for dinner and we had it with different dishes. I really like the amount of sansho and negi in it because it gives it a unique flavor and a good amount of spice. also enjoyed how the spiciness hits a little later!

The Umami Everything was phenomenal!!! Omg I want a bucket of it. I used it in a marinade/sauce for tofu rice bowls and then also put some on top. Just wow! So flavorful, spicy but not at all too spicy, and layers of umami.
